| The Job |
| You will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions for a portfolio of companies in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures. This includes timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters / results / management reports, analysis of results, budgeting and tax filings. You will liaise with auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters, including liaison with banks on banking / treasury / financing matters. In addition, you will assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required. |
| The Person |
| You should possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent with at least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in audit or accounting. You should be meticulous, analytical, and independent and possess good communication skills. In addition, you should be proactive, work well in a team, organized, possess excellent time management and be able to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline. Good knowledge of MS Office, FRS, Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and other accounting regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite. Candidates with hands-on experience in JDE and knowledge in property operations will be preferred. Experience in SAP will be advantageous. |

| You will be part of the accounts team in Festival Walk and responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions to be in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures. You will liaise with auditors and tax consultants on audit and taxation matters. You will also be involved in system migration and new system implementation. | You should be tertiary educated and professionally qualified in Accounting with at least 2-3 years’ post qualification experience. You should be meticulous, analytical, and independent and possess good communication skill. In addition, you should be proactive, work well in a team, organized, possess excellent time management and be able to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline. You should be familiar with the latest financial reporting standards and tax regulations and proficient in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft office software. |

| The Job |
| You will provide the day-to-day IT operations support for the retail mall systems used by the Mapletree Group in Hong Kong. In addition, you will work with the Mapletree Group IT to deploy and support Group Systems and IT initiatives. |
| The Person |
| You should possess a degree/ diploma in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in supporting and implementing IT systems, preferably in retail mall operations with SAP/JDE. You should have experience in developing application in a .Net environment with C#, Web Services and SOA environment with SQL Server and Oracle is a must. You should familiar with Microsoft environments, Exchange 2010, Active Directory, SharePoint together with knowledge in IT infrastructure like VMware, Networking, SAN. You have to provide and maintain efficient and effective help desk and support to end users. Experience in liaising with vendors would be an advantage. You should have strong attention to detail, good problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. You should be an independent worker, self-learner with good communication skills and comfortable in working with teams from other disciplines. |

| You will be working closely with the Assistant Manager, Human Resource to provide general HR support for the business unit(s) in Hong Kong. This includes proper maintenance of the personnel records and support in HR functions such as recruitment and selection, payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration and any other ad hoc duties as required. |

| Your should possess a diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 1 year of HR working experience in Hong Kong.
