The Job
You will have an overall leadership role in the Facilities/Property Management
function for Mapletree Group’s asset portfolio in Singapore and overseas. Your key

The Job
Reporting directly to the Head of Risk Management & Performance Measurement, you will help the organisation drive shareholder value and improve performance measurement. You will be responsible for driving the current shareholder value (EVA) framework in the organization. This involves understanding Mapletree’s business strategy and the various business units. Snr Manager, Development Managment

The Job
You will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of development works, including overall development management of existing assets or new developments across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects. You will conceptualise development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that these are aligned with the Company’s development strategy. Your major responsibilities include managing the development of design concept/options for the developments. The Job
You will work with the Development Management team to analyse and advise on the development costs of greenfield and asset enhancement projects. You will need to produce cost plans in respect of the project brief and concept plans, provide Gross Floor Area/Construction Floor Area checks and validate final area schedules. You are to work closely with different QS consultants and document agreement with them on assumptions and final cost advice. You may have to gather cover pricing and market intelligence through independent research to establish the most appropriate cost advice for the respective business groups within Mapletree. You will produce the initial construction cashflows; provide advice on cost escalation and peculiar construction risks, and benchmarking comparisons (both internal & external). You will assist in shortlisting of QS consultants.

You will establish the Mapletree development cost database across various businesses/countries, which includes compiling and maintaining database on construction costs, tender indices, market trends and benchmarking. You will establish regular cost report updating across the region and drive cost report transparency. You will also advise on costing and quantity matters through the review of construction contracts and consultancy service agreements.

You must have an eye for architectural detailing and be able to provide cost effective structural solutions to support the architectural designs.
