The Role

You will be involved in providing mall concierge services which include attending to shoppers’ queries, assisting in customer loyalty programmes, mall redemption programmes and the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers.

 

The Person

You should possess at minimum a GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You would be required to work on a 6-day work week, with 2 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
