The Role

 

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager in the formulation, implementation, monitoring and analysis of the mall’s Shopper Loyalty programs to develop superior customer experience and value for shoppers. You will drive customer loyalty and retention programmes through the delivery of insights and targeted CRM campaigns, by tracking, reporting and analysing all CRM activities through data analytics. You will plan and execute targeted campaigns and shopper loyalty schemes with precision and accuracy, according to timeline to ensure delivery of results in high quality. You will also be responsible to implement the publicity plan through the development of communication materials and collaterals by working closely with vendors, advertising and media agencies to create maximum awareness for the mall’s activities and programmes. You shall work closely with tenants and external parties to develop collaborative promotions, garner participation and develop attractive events for the members. You will build and maintain working relationships with tenants and to assist them in their marketing communication requirements. You will also update and maintain mall directories, A&P signage, as well as the mall’s website and social media platform.

 

The Person

 

You should possess a Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in CRM analytics. To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated, independent, resourceful and a good team player with strong interpersonal skills. You should be well-versed in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation, social media and new media marketing platforms to administer similar loyalty programs. You should be meticulous with a keen eye for details and design aesthetics, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and; and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Being customer-service oriented with prior concierge experience will be an added advantage.
