Senior Arrears Management Assistant (Based in Singapore)

The Role

 

This position will provide support for executing the arrears management process for a portfolio of properties, liaise with internal and external parties and collection agent in the course of work.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Liaise with tenants to follow up with arrears matters
  • Prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up in generating arrears reports and letters.
  • Prepare and maintain proper records of reports and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the arrears management team.

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experiences in similar position of managing arrears; or 4 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Meticulous, highly organized, able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge working with SAP system will be an added advantage
