The Role

 

You will support in the facilities management and procurement operation of a fast-paced Administration Department. You shall provide administrative support such as entering work orders in the facilities management system, generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and co-ordinate with vendors and team-members on work scheduling and inventory delivery. In addition, you shall support the organization of various corporate events. In the absence of the senior technician, you may occasionally, be required to oversee vendors’ deliverables.

 

The Person

 

You should possess a Diploma in Administration with at least 5 years of relevant work experiences on office administration or procurement. You should be a self-starter, results-driven, and be able to work under pressure and shifting priorities. You should also be a strong team player with effective communication skills.
