We have distinguished ourselves as an expert in precinct rejuvenation by revitalising the 24-ha HarbourFront Precinct into an energetic commercial cum leisure district, and are in the midst of transforming the 13.5-ha Alexandra Precinct into a vibrant business hub.

Singapore is also home to the Group’s flagship developments – VivoCity, the nation’s iconic destination mall; and the progressive integrated business hub, Mapletree Business City.
