Vice President, Investment, Europe & UK (based in Amsterdam)

The Role

You will be leading the Group’s Logistics Investment activities, including asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A for Europe and UK.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
• At least 10-15 years relevant working experience in Netherlands, Europe and/or regional real estate investments.
• Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.
• Good financial product knowledge, business development and/or development management experience and experience in industrial properties investment is an advantage.
• Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands-on, resourceful, eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment without a strict 9 to 5 mentality.
• English is required, Dutch and/or another European language is preferred
