The Role

This position will support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
  • Present your analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
  • Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
  • At least 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to think out of the box.
