Site Manager, Projects, Group Development Management, Vietnam

The Role

You will work with Development Management, Site Supervision and Construction Management Teams as well as the main contractor on assigned projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Determine requirements, effort, deliverables, timeframe, funding limitations, project staffing requirements and available departmental resources for the assigned projects.
• Manage and coordinate work with Site Supervision and Construction Management Team, Consultants and Main Contractor for M&E, architectural and structural works.
• Identify potential problem and design to meet requirements of the client and authority.
• Oversee project operations and resolve technical and designs issues.
• Manage contracts, task orders, modifications, funding, and period of performance extensions.
• Monitor the management of strategies and plans, handle complaints and ensure the quality of work is in compliance with the code of practice.
• Any adhoc tasks or projects assigned as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ relevant development or construction/site management experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects.
• Possess high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership to drive projects.
• Seeks continuous improvement to design and processes through consistently questioning the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development.
• Ability to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment.
• Excellent team player with construction management skills required.
