The Role

You will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Performing lease contract or the other documents management for the internal control and approval process
• Participate in the tenant relationship process, work with other team to feedback tenant related issues.
• Perform day-to-day operation as required for lease management and operational issue of tenant.
• Support central reporting to consolidate the data, information, and other documents.
• Work as contact window for budget setup and monitoring process with portfolio reporting team.
• Be involved in set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control-related expenses to maximize NPI.
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Real Estate / Marketing or its equivalent, master’s degree is a plus.
• 2-3 years’ working experience in asset management/marketing/planning at logistic developer or companies related to logistic property industry.
• Familiarity with lease transaction and understanding the essentials of leasing deal, with track record of 1-2 tenant maintaining or leasing cases if at developer side. Other track record related to leasing if other sectors of logistic industry.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Possess good teamwork spirit, strong initiative, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
