The Role

You will be responsible for developing business strategies, pursue potential asset acquisitions and divestment in logistic projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop logistic business strategies and evaluate business opportunities.
• Pursue potential investments and asset acquisitions.
• Develop new business set-ups.
• Invest in logistic projects as well as structure and negotiate deals of asset acquisitions and divestment.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate/Finance/Economics/Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ working experience in investment firm or real-estate company, preferably with working experience in foreign investment company.
• Proficiency in financial modeling for logistics park investment projects and acquisition of logistics park assets is essential.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Regional investment exposure in the real estate markets & knowledge of logistics park properties is an advantage.
• Possess good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
