Analyst / Senior Analyst, Asset Management and Investment (Logistics) (Based in Bengaluru, India)

The Role

This position will provide support in Asset Management and assist to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in portfolio reporting, budgeting, forecasting and asset management plans, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets, as well as operational work processes.
• Assist in the preparation and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling at the asset and portfolio levels in order to facilitate strategic planning.
• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the Company’s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
• Present your analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
• Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.
• Manage market intelligence and collate global market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s products and services and ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance or its equivalent
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management and investment, preferably in logistics sector.
• Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling.
• Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
