The Role

This position is responsible for PO creation and vendor Management in SAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain material and vendor master data in SAP.
  • Coordinate with vendors to collect required documentation for vendor registration in SAP.
  • Ensure timely release of purchase orders in SAP, meeting all pre-contract obligations in line with company policies.
  • Create vendor agreements as per requirements and company policy.
  • Monitor and track vendor agreements and purchase orders, including expiry dates.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately and on time.
  • Generate weekly and monthly contract status reports for management review.
  • Ensure all system updates are properly documented, approved, and processed within defined timelines

Job Requirements

  • Degree in commerce / mathematics or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in SAP.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Candidate with commercial property developers, IPMC and facility management of large IT parks may be considered.
  • Independent, organized, diligent, and meticulous team player preferred.
