Senior / Manager, Marketing and Leasing, Logistics (Based in Bengaluru, India)

The Role

This position will be managing leasing activities to the Company’s Logistics portfolio in India.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s logistics portfolio.
• Support the local leasing team in securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Responsible for preparing annual rental budget and rental forecast as well as the monthly management reporting.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team in terms of the leasing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business Marketing.
• At least 10 to 12 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing of logistics properties within tier 1 cities in India.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of international contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
