The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager/Application Analyst to lead the end-to-end rollout of the Entrata Property Management System across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project on time and within budget, while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Entrata rollout.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, property operations, finance, and vendor representatives.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and Entrata representatives.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive briefings.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align application capabilities with operational needs.
  • System Implementation
    • Oversee data migration, system configuration, integration with existing platforms, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Ensure application is setup with processes to meet operational needs.
    • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate training programs and change management initiatives for end-users.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve project issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track project KPIs and milestones.
    • Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and project sponsor

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in software implementation or property management systems.
  • Proven experience with Entrata or similar platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with property management operations and workflows.
  • Experience with SaaS implementations and third-party vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
