The Entrata Business Integration Manager will oversee all platform-related  training, user adoption, workflow management, system accuracy, troubleshooting coordination, and overall platform performance as well as work collaborative with Group IS&T to design and implement the system by providing the Student Housing business requirements and ensuring it is built and maintained accordingly. As the organization’s internal Entrata authority, this person will work closely with all property and corporate teams and will report directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

Entrata Platform Oversight & Optimization

  • Serve as the primary Entrata expert for the US organization relying on a deep knowledge of the platform and of student housing operations on site and corporately.
  • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and workflow adherence across all Mapletree US Student Housing properties.
  • Identify configuration improvements to support operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Alongside Group IS&T, act as the central point of contact with Entrata support for problem resolution (not technical coding, but system-level coordination).
  • Maintain platform documentation, permissions, and best practices that align with Mapletree SOPs.

Training & User Support

  • Develop and deliver all Entrata training programs for new hires, property staff, and corporate employees.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions, refreshers, and update briefings when new features or processes are introduced.
  • Create training materials (videos, guides, checklists) tailored to different departments.
  • Effectively communicate Entrata updates to all users.
  • Manage an internal Entrata “help desk” to provide daily support for user questions, helping staff navigate the system effectively, and handle the unexpected.

Operational Integration & Business Process Alignment

  • Work with executives and department leaders to ensure Entrata workflows support Mapletree’s operational goals.
  • Assist in mapping and improving business processes within Entrata, including leasing workflows, resident management, financial processes, and reporting functions.
  • Ensure consistent use of Entrata across all properties, maintaining alignment with company standards.
  • Identify performance indicators and ensure Entrata is configured to capture accurate data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Group IS&T to implement and manage the technical aspects of the system including integrations to other Group platforms. This relationship is critical to success in this role.
  • Partner with property managers, leasing teams, accounting, and leadership to ensure Entrata supports day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with the COO on strategic initiatives involving Entrata system performance and user adoption.
  • Communicate system changes, updates, or feature rollouts across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Required Entrata experience: 2–5+ years working directly in Entrata “back-end” functions (property operations, system admin, training, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of property management operations (student housing preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and training skills; comfortable leading sessions for groups of varying experience levels.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Not an IT/developer role—technical troubleshooting is coordinated, not executed.
