The Role

You will provide Senior Administrative support to our Student Housing team in the Dallas office.

 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Provide administrative support to the office

  • Manage travel for team members

  • Assist with the processing of travel/expense claims

  • Obtain signatures via Docusign

  • Coordinate/schedule meetings and events for the team

  • Maintain filing system

  • Assist with set up of new hires in the Dallas office

  • Liaise with IT on resolution of basic IT issues

  • Assist to create and update presentation materials (charts, tables, graphs etc.)

  • Prepare outgoing mailings  going to US Post Office and FedEx as needed

  • Coordinate building and office access for employees, visiting employees, and external visitors

  • Other projects as needed

 

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or Associate’s degree with at least two years of experience working in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro

  • Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines

  • Meticulous, organized and have an eye for details

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Preferred to be a TX notary public, or become a notary public

  • Experience with Concur and Corporate World Traveler a plus
