The Role

Maintain assigned rooms and the surrounding areas clean, orderly and well maintained. Supply areas with items that are required for the convenience and comfort of the guests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Being the company’s Ambassador who delivery excellent service to customers
  • Clean and make up assigned rooms as per operating standard and procedures.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of vacant rooms whenever necessary.
  • Communicate any unusual incident or situation that she/he observes.
  • Ensure proper usage and safekeeping of all cleaning material, equipment, linen.
  • Report any suspicious person to Supervisor and Security immediately.
  • Report any maintenance faults in equipment to Supervisor.
  • Informs Supervisor or management about any accident immediately.
  • Assist in training of new staffs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Possess a post-secondary school qualification
  • Required to work on Saturday and public holidays.
  • Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience is an advantage
  • Professional, smiling face and polite.
  • English: Basic level
