Technician (Based in Hanoi)

The Role

A member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement preventive maintenance programmes for all building systems within approved timeframe and scope.
  • To operate the necessary equipment of the building to provide the services to the tenants punctually.
  • To carry out the in-house maintenance and repair work assigned by management.
  • Perform the work order and be responsive to the tenant’s request quickly and professionally.
  • Record the consumption of electricity and water usage by the tenants and building monthly as schedules assigned under Tenant’s confirmation; record the utilities usages of the building punctually.
  • Be familiar and understanding with the function and the operation manual of all the machines, systems of the building.
  • Maintain good and professional communication with other department and the Tenants in order to provide the good and professional customer services care to tenants.
  • Conduct and execute the in-house maintenance works as assigned, to coordinate and supervise the maintenance services to be done by the outside contractor.
  • Be familiar with the Company and Building rules and regulations, especially Tenant Fiout guide and Tenant handbook; in order to control and supervise the contractors working in the building to comply with the safety rules have been set.
  • Be familiar with all emergencies cases of the building and respond quickly to any emergency situations.
  • Do other related arising jobs are assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Degree / Advance Diploma (College) in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Punctually, politely and helpful.
  • Available and on call as required.
  • At least 2 years of experiences in building technical services.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays as assigned.
  • Team work, learning spirit.
  • High level in ethics code.
