Shift Leader (SBC, HCMC)

The Role

This position will be a member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for leading a team of Technicians in maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.

Job Responsibilities

• Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
• Involved in the inspection of contractors’ works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants’ requests or feedback.
• Generate defect inspection reports.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
• Supervise the shift schedule planning and ensuring sufficient resourcing.
• Manage all escalation of cases from the technicians/senior technicians in assisting with troubleshooting or providing guidance accordingly.
• Monitor all outstanding work orders and implement follow up actions.

Job Requirements

• Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Required to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
