The Role
This position will be responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial reports and related schedules.
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial reports and related schedules

Assist in preparing budget and cashflow forecast

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax rules, internal policies and procedures

Liaise with finance team based in Singapore headquarters and China for monthly closing activities

Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements
-
Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines

Member of ACCA/HKICPA or other accounting associations would be an advantage
-
5 years of relevant accounting/ finance experiences or audit experiences with at least 2 - 3 years' in handling month-end/year-end closing

Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience in SAP would be highly advantageous

Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
