The Role

This position will be responsible to manage the overall operations of a portfolio of the assigned properties, enhancing the value of the properties through well maintained and efficiently run facilities through effective cost management. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist/Provide direction on all project operations and activities such as the design specification, schedule planning and budget control relating to CAPEX and OPEX works for industrial buildings and warehouses.
  • Assist/Manage and ensure completion of assigned upgrading and Additional & Alteration works in accordance to expectation within the timeline and budget.
  • Oversee corrective/preventive maintenance scheduling.
  • Update and maintain O&M registers, M&E records, warranty information, permits, and compliance documentation in centralised systems.
  • Generate operational reports, incident summaries, energy usage dashboards, ESG targets, cost optimisation, and performance improvement planning.
  • Conduct quality assurance review to ensure that the required work is satisfactory and completed by certified consultants and outsourced contractors.
  • Monitoring and reporting on all phases of planning and construction.
  • Supervise the handover works for tenants’ move in and out of the premises.
  • Support senior on portfolio operational benchmarking and submission of reports and updates timely.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline.
  • At least 4 years' related working experience and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as procurement of property management services.
  • Team player, good communication skills, good computer literacy, sound knowledge of M&E systems.
  • Certification as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer will be an added advantage.
