Assistant Officer, Human Resource, Hong Kong
The Role
This position will assist and support the Human Resource Department in Hong Kong in handling the full spectrum of the HR functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to C&B, performance management and documentation administration
- Assist in payroll, taxation and MPF administration
- Assist in the staff on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
- Formulating and preparing various regular HR reports
- Assist in the implementation of various HR initiatives and ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant HR experience gained in sizable organization
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS excel
- A good team player with analytical mind, attentive to details and sensitive to figures
- Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding expectations
- Immediate available is preferred
