Building Engineer, Festival Walk, Hong Kong

The Role

This position will be responsible to assist in day-to-day operation, maintenance and installation of Building Services systems including Fire Services, Building Management System, HVAC, and other building services installation, and assist in managing A&A and tenants' fit-out works.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in operation & maintenance of Fire Services, Building Management Systems, HVAC and other Building Services installations

  • Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works

  • Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors

  • Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance & emergency repairs

  • Assist in budget control

  • Compile up-to-date tenancy and operation & maintenance records/ drawings

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or Fire Services Engineering, or related discipline

  • 3 years of relevant hands-on experiences in design, operation, maintenance or installation of building services systems, particularly in Fire Services, Building Management System and HVAC Systems

  • Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential

  • Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with people at all levels

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Suitable candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
