The Role

 

To manage Customer Service Counter & support loyalty program

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide customer services, handle customers’ enquiries & complaints via on-site and other online channels
  • Manage the Concierge’s daily operations including but not limited to gift redemptions, campaigns and promotions related to loyalty programme
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

 

  • HKDSE completion or above, fresh graduate are welcome
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Polite and mature
  • 5-day work week, one shift duty and 9 hours per day (include 1 hour meal and 20 minutes tea break)
