The Role
The role will provide day-to-day IT operations support in HK office and work closely with group IT team in Singapore to implement various projects/ initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT and technical support to end users
- Provide 1st / 2nd/ basis networking, desktop / windows computing system support
- Provide administration and maintenance support on Windows, mobile device, printers, AV systems (Teams Meeting and Cisco RoomOS), hardware/software deployed in the Company
- Support in the development and implementation of IT policies and operating procedures
- Maintain hardware and software inventory and regular reports update
- Perform any other IT related works and projects as assigned by Supervisor
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams phone setup
- Experience to setup new offices project
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma and above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Possess understanding on networking protocols and knowledgeable on IT applications, teleconferencing platforms and mobile device management
- Strong analytical logical approach to troubleshooting, possess strong problem solving skills
- Responsible, self-motivate with good customer service-oriented attitude and communication skills
