The Role

This position will work with tenants and strategic partners, explore and driving thrid party partnerships. To facilitate mall's loyalty programme with effective partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain good relationship with tenants and strategic partners in driving collaborations to generate revenue and acquire new members
  • Work closely with tenants or business partners on roadshow management and handle advertising space inquiries
  • Implement and communicate mall initiatives to tenants, proposing sales promotion ideas and mechanism for driving mall sales
  • Monitor and analyze event performance to optimize future campaigns
  • Maintain and support the operation of CRM systems & loyalty programmes to ensure a smooth customer journey

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and partnership experience with exposure in shopping malls as an advantage
  • Good connection with business players and brands for collaborations
  • Experiences in loyalty programmes and related partnership
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, detailed-minded, efficient and take the initiative to deliver the best quality of work
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
