Senior Executive, Asset Management, Hong Kong

The Role

This position will assist to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for our real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing annual budgets and reports which cover the financial and operational performance of the Company’s assets. 
• Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.
• Compile, verify, organize and analyze data of the Company’s assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.
• Present your analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels.
• Conduct research work related to the real estate industry and assist in developing business strategies and evaluating business opportunities in Hong Kong

Job Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in regional real estate investments and asset management
• Strong number sense and proficient in Excel
• Good team player, possess a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive
