The Role

You will be assisting in maximizing rental and occupancy of the properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio
• Securing new tenancies and liaising with logistics/industrial/central kitchen/cold chain clients and catering industry association
• Identifying market segments and prospects
• Delivering regular observation report for logistics/industrial/central kitchen/cold chain and catering industry
• Involving in lease management
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in BD/ marketing and leasing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts
• Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
