The Role
This position will be responsible to lead a team in managing the overall operations of a portfolio of properties, enhancing the value of the properties through well maintained and efficiently run facilities through effective cost management.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and budgeting for property operations and maintenance.
- Help monitor and review property management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate cyclical repairs, improvement works, and minor projects under guidance.
- Support security management and liaise with contractors providing services at the properties.
- Act as a point of contact for tenants and help resolve issues in coordination with the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in safety-related matters.
- Help prepare reports and support audits and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
- Basic knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to be ready 24/7 and to manage operations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team player with excellent planning, communication and good interpersonal skills are essential.
- Possesses project management capabilities and solid financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
