The Role
This position will be responsible for full spectrum of financial and accounting functions of the assigned portfolio in the Finance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial matters such as management reports, financial statements, analysis of results, budgeting and forecasting, EVA, Corporate tax and GST reporting , audit schedules intercompany reconciliation as well as checking of payment records;
- Assist to ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit and managing the audit process, including liaising with auditors;
- Work closely with outsourced service providers and review the work submitted.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements for audit, handling tax matters, budgeting and forecasting;

- Support operational activities of the finance team, including streamlining processes and procedures to promote efficiency and accuracy;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects driving process improvement such as SAP implementation
Job Requirements
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experiences and / or audit experiences
- Well-versed in local accounting standards and IFRS
- Experience in SAP would be advantageous
- Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
