Job Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the department

  • Managing travel for team members

  • Assisting with the processing of travel/expense claims

  • Coordinating/scheduling meetings and events for the team

  • Maintaining filing system

  • Assisting with set up of new hires in the New York City office

  • Liaising with IT on resolution of basic IT issues

  • Assisting to create and update presentation materials (charts, tables, graphs etc)

  • Mail handling

  • Other projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or Associate’s degree with at least two years of experience working in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

  • Meticulous, organized and have an eye for details

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Compensation Data
The annual base compensation range for this role sits between: $70,000 - $80,000
This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Mapletree. Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, relevant skills, training and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. In addition to salary and a competitive employee benefits package, candidates may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
