The Role
You will be responsible as IT business partner managing IT projects delivery in area of SAP products implementation, managing established project goals and objectives within allocated budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and finance team on their project requirements and business technical assessment for SAP product enhancement with the Headquarter team.
- Work closely with the user community, external vendors, and other stakeholders in support of the finance and business needs.
- Manage project standards, project scope, timeline, risk identification and mitigation, quality management, project budget, reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiar with application SDLC application life cycle and support operation
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5+ years of relevant hands-on experiences in real estate industry and have work with various application projects in Finance and HR prefer.
- At least 5 years in SAP Hana, Successfactor and Concur solution, and some experience with MRI solution is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in project management inclusive of one or more complete cycles for large scale IT project implementation
- Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
- Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. Possess strong leadership and people-management skills
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 products solutions including PowerBI
- A team-oriented self-starter, resourceful with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Data
The annual base compensation range for this role sits between: $105,000 - $165,000
This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Mapletree. Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, relevant skills, training and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. In addition to salary and a competitive employee benefits package, candidates may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
