Senior Customer Service Assistant (Based in Ning Bo, China)

The Role


This position will be part of the team to enhance shoppers’ experiences through good customer service at assigned property.

Job Responsibilities


  • Providing mall concierge services.
  • Attending to shoppers’ queries.
  • Assisting customers in loyalty programmes and mall redemption programmes.
  • Processing the sale of Mapletree shopping vouchers.
  • Encourage and influence good service mindset in the CS team and affirm positive behavior.
  • Work closely with the Executive, Customer Service and to ensure check and balance of all premiums and/or vouchers issued to the department; and manage the sales of vouchers.
  • Conduct service, grooming and housekeeping audit checks on staff and Customer Service Counters.
  • You will attend and respond to feedback received across all platforms within the stipulated timeframe; and liaise with tenants on acceptance of mall vouchers.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required to work on a 6-day work week, with 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
