The Role
This position will be responsible in maximizing rental and occupancy of the logistics properties.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio
- Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents
- Identifying market segments and prospects
- Involving in lease management
- Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing in logistic or industrial sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts.
