The Role

You will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing/ leasing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value of our assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Be involved in set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing/ leasing plans and control-related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of projects.
• Be involved in formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio.
• Performing lease contract negotiations or the other documents management.
• Performing administrative support such as setting up and maintenance of records and SAP systems
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate/Construction Project/Finance or its equivalent with post graduate qualifications in Finance.
• Have at least 8 years’ working experience in asset management, marketing/ leasing or investment work.
• Familiarity with regional real estate markets and proficiency in excel and financial modeling for assets are essential.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Possess good teamwork spirit, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
