The Role

You will be assisting in developing business strategies, pursuing potential tenants to maximizerental and occupancy of the properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio

• Pursuing potential tenants in area of log/ manufacturing/ food related/ cold storage, etc;  Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents, working with local government’s marketing department and association to expand tenants’ network;

• Identifying market segments and prospects

• Set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of asset;

• Involving in lease and marketing management

• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in BD/ marketing and leasing

• Good command of verbal and written English

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts

• Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
