The Role

This position will be responsible for leasing of the properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio
• Pursuing potential manufacturing tenants. Securing new tenancies and liaising with property agents, working with local government’s marketing department and association to expand tenants’ network;
• Identifying market segments and prospects
• Set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of asset;
• Involving in lease and marketing management
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in marketing and leasing
• Good command of verbal and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Having a sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts
• Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
