The Role

This position will be responsible to lead a team to manage property management related activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Southwest team of Property Management staff to manage a portfolio of warehouse properties and tenants in Yunan/Guizhou/Sichuan/Chongqing.
• Manage and oversee the performance of service providers at the respective properties.
• Plan, budget and control operating expenses as well as improvement works.
• Supervise arrear management processes for the portfolio.
• Other jobs assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 10 years’ working experience in property management, in particular being involved in managing a portfolio of properties
• Certified FSM preferred
• Good command of both Mandarin & English
• Engineering background is a plus
