Accountant (Consolidation - Planning & Budgeting) (Based in Singapore)

The Role

 

This position will be part of a team that supports the Group’s strategic planning and review process and tracks of Corporate/Business Units performance measurement.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Perform group consolidation for management reporting (forecast and budget), in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long range planning.
  • Assist in executive reporting process including key performance metrics, EVA, Board/C-suite meetings, monthly business reviews and quarterly reporting.
  • Support the team from time-to-time in the roll-out of new system or process improvement.  
  • Support any other ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

 

  • Chartered Accountant (CPA) with Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experiences in consolidation work.
  • Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
  • Other attributes includes being responsible, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel and BPC systems will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with prior experiences in big 4 will have an added advantage.
