The Role
This position will be responsible for group consolidation and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the group consolidation and reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
- In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial reports, and liaising with the external auditors for quarterly and year-end closing.
- Assist in annual audit process and preparation of annual reports/financial statements, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Other duties include assist in system implemention and report creation, quaterly result announcement, etc.
- Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission, analysis of financials/reports for the group.
Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
- Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
- Experience with BPC/Tagetik system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
- Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
- Other attributes includes being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
