The Role

 

This position will be responsible for supporting the Accounting team in all Accounts Receivable matters.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and issuing of intercompany billings and keying of Accounts Receivable receipts.
  • Support administrative work, clearing mails/in-trays of the senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs), purchase requisition/purchase order, office supplies, in charge of local and international courier for the business unit and coordinating archival work.
  • May require to stand in for the Department Secretary in his/hers absence.
  • Involve in ad-hoc accounting/admin assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 'O' levels.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretary work.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP system would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting and work in a cooperative manner across all supporting functions to perform in the role.
