The Role
This position will be responsible for supporting the Accounting team in all Accounts Receivable matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and issuing of intercompany billings and keying of Accounts Receivable receipts.
- Support administrative work, clearing mails/in-trays of the senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs), purchase requisition/purchase order, office supplies, in charge of local and international courier for the business unit and coordinating archival work.
- May require to stand in for the Department Secretary in his/hers absence.
- Involve in ad-hoc accounting/admin assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'O' levels.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or secretary work.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with SAP system would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting and work in a cooperative manner across all supporting functions to perform in the role.
