The Role

 

This position is responsible for the ongoing management and execution of all marketing initiatives, advertising and promotion campaigns, and experiential events ("activations") across the company’s current properties  and upcoming new developments. 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support and execute new development's marketing efforts and launch from concept to completion
  • Preparation of branding and marketing agency pitches
  • Manage existing malls' activation, tenant marketing, event space and advertising revenue generation
  • Assist in planning and driving large-scale event, arts-related progammes and community-focused events
  • Support exisiting asset's event space marketing and tenant publicity

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science
  • 5 years of relevant experiences in project management. Strong event planning and execution, able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes independently
  • Proven experience in development marketing, branding launches, and agency management would be preferred.
  • Strong eye for design and visual storytelling, with ability to translate brand strategy into compelling spatial, graphic, and experiential executions
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with overlapping timelines and competing priorities
  • Creative sensibility to contribute meaningfully to placemaking, arts programming, and experiential activations
  • Meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
