Assistant Manager, Corporate Marketing (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position will lead a team responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and branding strategies for a portfolio of industrial properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement advertising & promotional strategies and activities
• Oversee and manage the production of both online and offline marketing materials
• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Plan and organize engagement events with our tenants and partners
• Support in management reporting and database management
• Oversee a team to manage licenses with tenants and non-tenants

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communications
• At least 6 years’ experience in advertising and promotions or marketing communications
• A team player with the ability to manage and guide team members
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, be able to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.
• Experience in digital marketing including web design, SEM, SEO and analytics would be ideal.
