The Role
This role is to provide support in achieving the Property Management strategies and plans for the portfolio at Group level.
Job Responsibilities

Property Management, AEI & Sustainability support
-
Work closely with Property Management/ Asset Management team in the strategizing and planning of property management initiatives/innovation/sustainability projects
-
Work closely with internal team in preparation of budget and compiling of reports for business unit and corporate reporting

Assist to track and follow up with the ground Property Management/Technical team on property management compliance, sustainability and/or project initiatives & matters, ensuring they actively following through on remediation works

To review property management functional SOPs from different regions

Assist in preparation and maintaining of property management/ sustainability reports to facilitate strategic planning

Prepare reports and statistics for management’s review

Initiate proof-of-concept projects for relevant markets

Assist in any other ad hoc duties as required
2. Facilities Management System (Groupwide)
-
Manage and support tender process including evaluation, recommendation and approvals.

Coordinate bi-weekly with regional PMs across multiple countries for implementation planning.

Weekly coordination with IT and PMO teams.
-
Prepare presentation materials.
-
Maintain project documentation and update project progress.
-
Oversee Go-Live management across the project phases.
Job Requirements
-
Degree in Real Estate, Building or Property Management-related discipline.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in property management and have regional exposure/experiences.

Sound understanding of the real estate sector and sustainability matters.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to interface with colleagues internally and on a cross-border/remote basis and third parties.

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and deliver to timetable, dealing with competing and changing priorities.

Able to initiate and implement changes to improve processes in terms of efficiency and/or quality.

Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) at all levels across the company.

Able to work across different time zones with regional teams.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Word / Powerpoint.
