Assistant Manager, IS&T (SAP PS & PM) (Based in Singapore)

The Role

This position will manage the SAP modules for project system, material management, plant maintenance as well as the related accounting functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in project teams, contribute to the successful completion of all deliverables associated with the process team and collaborate cross-functionally with representatives within the Group.
• Support, maintain and enhance existing PS and at least one other module of SAP like MM/PM, and FICO (at least as a covering personnel).
• Manage, involve and subsequently support, maintain, engage and implement SAP PS.
• Prepare comprehensive business blueprint and functional specifications for ABAP development objects, guiding technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Independently handle enhancements and customizations within the SAP PS/MM/PM Module, addressing business requirements and optimizing system performance.
• Manage / execute projects with or without vendors involved including multi module projects.
• Provide user training and support during project implementation and post-go-live phases, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of SAP PS functionalities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent relevant qualifications.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP S4Hana Project system  and Plant Maintenance as a functional consultant;  should have rollouts and implementation experience.
• Proficient in all aspects of Project Systems including Project structure, Project Planning, Budgeting, Cost/ Revenue /Material /work planning, Time scheduling, Project execution, Period end closing, Settlement, Project progress Reports, and Project closure.
• Proficient in all aspects of Financial Accounting and controlling including Enterprise structure, GL master data, customer master data, vendor master data, Asset accounting, Bank accounting, financial statements, and Reports, Internal order.
• Strong understanding of Integration between Project Systems and Materials Management, FICO modules.
• Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation.
• Proficient in all aspects of MM/PM including procurement processes, Release strategy, Inventory management, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance.
