The Role

 

This position will be responsible in the implementation and upgrading works for the assigned SAP Human Resource Modules, mainly focusing on sucessfactors payroll module (ECP). 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Involved in Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and document HR requirements
  • Configuration: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client-specific HR processes and policies
  • Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR data into SuccessFactors
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scripts, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Training: Provide training to end-users, HR teams, and administrators on how to effectively use SuccessFactors modules
  • Integration: Ensure successful integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems, such as payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Support: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and assist with system upgrades and enhancements respecting timelines/SLA.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals
  • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices, advising clients on industry trends and how to leverage new feature
  • Need to support Data replication from Employee Central to EC Payroll
  • Need to build new PCR’s, wage types, authorization roles, LSMW etc.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 6 years’ SAP project implementation and rollout experience.
  • Must have strong understanding of SAP Payroll system configuration, HR processes/workflow, local/global statutory reporting and audit requirements.
  • Able to speak Chinese language to engage Chinese stakeholders when supporting Singapore & China Payroll project activities
  • Knowledge of payroll and time schemas
  • Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities/projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Need to be Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure.
