The Role

 

You will support the Investor Relations and Sustainability department in managing communication between the company’s corporate management and the investors, with a greater focus on sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the conceptualisation, development and production of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of the organisation’s sustainability performance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies and provide relevant disclosures.
  • Assist in the production of investor relations materials such as press releases, announcements, presentations, and website contents.
  • Conduct research and analysis of REITs and real estate industry.
  • Plan and execute investor and analyst events such as AGMs, investor roadshows and conferences.
  • Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of key events such as AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results.
  • Responsible for conducting daily news scan and producing the daily market update for management.
  • Maintain and upload announcements on company website.

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree in the areas of sustainability, communications, business or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to produce materials in both languages in support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking investors.
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and/or knowledge of sustainability/finance/accounting will be advantageous.
  • Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to take the CMFAS licence.
